Travel Partner Program · Los Cabos

You take care of your guests. We take care of their mobility.

If you work with travelers visiting Los Cabos, partner with Access Ability de México® and give your clients a trusted local option for mobility scooter and equipment rentals — and earn commission on qualifying completed rentals.

Family-owned in Los Cabos · Free hotel and resort delivery · Your guests pay at delivery, never upfront

We are actually here

Access Ability de México is a family business based in Los Cabos. Andrew and Andres deliver the equipment personally. Your guest meets the owner, not a subcontractor.

Delivered to the property

We deliver free to hotels, resorts and vacation rentals across Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor.

Your guest pays at delivery

No deposit and no upfront charge. Nothing is taken from a card before the equipment is in their hands, which removes the usual hesitation about booking abroad.

No minimum rental

An hour, a day, a week or a month. That includes single-day rentals, so a wedding guest arriving for the weekend is never turned away.

A real person answers

Phone and WhatsApp, answered 24/7. If your guest has a problem at 9pm, they reach us, not a call centre in another country.

The short version

What the Travel Partner Program actually is

Guests ask hospitality professionals for recommendations every day. When one of them asks where to rent a mobility scooter or a wheelchair in Cabo, we would like you to have a good answer — and to be paid for it.

The program is simple. You contact us and we enroll you. When you send a guest our way and they complete a rental, you earn a commission based on that rental total, according to our current partner terms.

There is no cost to join, no quota, and no obligation to send anyone. Most of our partners refer a handful of guests a season. Some hotel concierges refer several a week. Both are welcome.

We keep the commercial details private and discuss them with you directly rather than publishing them, because the right arrangement for a 400-room resort is not the same as the right arrangement for an independent travel advisor. Contact us and we will send you the current terms.

How it works

Four steps, and none of them are complicated

1

Join

Fill in the form below or send us a WhatsApp. We will send you the partner terms, the commission structure and how referrals are identified.

2

Refer

When a guest needs mobility equipment during their Cabo trip, point them to us. A card, a WhatsApp message, or a phone call on their behalf — whatever suits how you work.

3

Identify

The referral is linked to you, either by your partner code, by you sending us the guest’s details, or by the guest naming you when they book. We will set this up with you.

4

Earn

When that guest completes a qualifying rental, you earn commission on the rental total under the current partner terms.

Who this is for

Built for the people guests actually ask

Different professionals meet this need at different moments. Here is how the program fits each one.

Hotels, resorts and concierges

“Do you know where I can rent a mobility scooter?”

Front desk and concierge teams get this question constantly, usually from a guest who has just arrived, is already tired, and has a week of resort grounds ahead of them. Without a name to give, the guest goes back to their room and searches, and often ends up prepaying a foreign booking site that subcontracts the delivery to someone none of you have met.

  • One number to give out, answered 24/7
  • We coordinate delivery directly with your bell desk or the guest’s room
  • Nothing is charged to the guest until the equipment is handed over, so there is no billing dispute landing back at your desk
  • A guest who can move around the property eats at your restaurants and books your excursions
  • Commission on qualifying completed rentals

Travel advisors and agencies

Add mobility support to the Cabo services you already arrange.

You already handle the resort, the transfers, the dinner reservations and the excursions. Mobility equipment is one more thing you can quietly take care of — and it is often the piece that decides whether an older client books the trip at all.

  • Arrange the rental before your client leaves home, so it is waiting when they arrive
  • Nothing is charged upfront, so it does not complicate your client’s payment schedule
  • No minimum rental period, so it works for a long stay or a weekend
  • We will tell you honestly whether a resort suits a client’s mobility level before you book it
  • Commission on qualifying completed rentals

Wedding, event and destination planners

The mother of the bride should not have to sit out the welcome dinner.

This is the part of the Cabo market almost nobody thinks about. A destination wedding brings eighty people to a resort, and a predictable share of them are grandparents, parents in their seventies, a guest six weeks out from a knee replacement, or someone who can manage a hundred metres but not a thousand. The venue is beautiful and spread out. The welcome party is at one end of the property and the ceremony is at the other.

A scooter or a wheelchair waiting in the room turns a guest who would have skipped half the weekend into one who is at every event. We deliver to the property, we can have several units on site for the same weekend, and we collect at the end without anyone having to organise it.

  • Multiple units delivered to one venue for the same dates
  • Single-weekend rentals with no minimum, which most rental companies will not do
  • Delivered and collected at the property, so it never becomes the planner’s problem
  • Discreet handover directly to the guest or to the family member arranging it
  • Commission on qualifying completed rentals, per booking

Transportation, drivers and DMCs

You are often the first person a guest speaks to after landing, and the first to notice that the walk from the lobby is going to be a problem. A quick call from you and the equipment can be at the property before they have finished checking in.

Vacation rentals, villas and property managers

Private homes and villas rarely have any accessibility provision, and guests discover that on arrival. Having a mobility supplier you trust turns an awkward message into a solved problem, usually the same day.

Partner questions

Frequently asked questions

Who can become a Travel Partner?

Any professional who works with travelers visiting Los Cabos. That includes hotel and resort staff, concierges, travel advisors and agencies, tour operators, transportation companies and private drivers, wedding and event planners, vacation rental and villa managers, destination management companies, and specialists in senior or accessible travel. If you are not sure whether you qualify, ask us.

Do hotels and resort concierges qualify?

Yes, and they are among our most active partners. We can work with an individual concierge or set up an arrangement at property level. Tell us which you would prefer on the form and we will explain how each works.

Can travel advisors outside Mexico participate?

Yes. Many of our partners are based in the United States and Canada and arrange the rental before their client leaves home. You do not need to be in Cabo.

Can wedding and event planners participate?

Yes, and we would particularly like to hear from you. Destination weddings often include guests who would benefit from a scooter or wheelchair for the weekend, and we can deliver several units to one property for the same dates. There is no minimum rental period, so a three-day wedding weekend works.

How do I refer a client?

Whichever way suits how you work. You can give the guest our details, message us on WhatsApp with their information, or call us on their behalf. What matters is that the referral is identifiable as coming from you. We will agree the method with you when you enroll.

How is my referral tracked?

Referrals are identified either by a partner code the guest quotes when they book, by you sending us the guest’s name and dates in advance, or by the guest naming you directly. We will set this up with you and confirm it in writing so there is no ambiguity later.

When does a referral qualify for commission?

When the referred client completes a qualifying rental and your partner identification reached us before or during the booking process. Full qualifying conditions are set out in the partner terms we send you.

Are cancelled rentals eligible?

No. Commission applies to qualifying completed rentals. If a guest cancels, or the rental does not go ahead, no commission is due.

Where do you deliver?

Free delivery to hotels, resorts and vacation rentals throughout Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor. If your guest is staying somewhere we have not mentioned, ask us — we probably delivered there recently.

What equipment can my clients rent?

Mobility scooters, manual wheelchairs, rollator walkers and knee walkers. All of it is deep-cleaned between rentals and delivered with a hands-on demonstration.

Do you provide brochures or information for guests?

We are preparing printed cards and a digital brochure for partners. Tell us on the form what would be useful and we will let you know what is ready.

How do I get the current commission details?

Submit the form on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We send the commission structure, referral instructions and payment procedure directly to partners rather than publishing them, so the arrangement can suit the way you actually work.
