The town Cabo San Lucas is not easy to get around in a wheelchair, mobility scooter or on crutches. Sidewalks are narrow uneven and sometimes missing sections. and corner ramps.
The only area that is flat and wheelchair or mobility scooter friendly is the Marina area.

Mobility challenged visitors to Los Cabos will find that although some efforts have been made to facilitate access and mobility in Mexico’s destinations they are still far behind the U.S. and Canada.
